The product
Cashboard is a paid software subscription ($39 per month, billed by Stripe) that estimates the next Amazon FBA deposit date and amount from a settlement report you upload, and a cash gap of bank balance (optional) plus upcoming payouts minus bills you enter. It is not a loan, line of credit, merchant cash advance, factoring facility, true-profit P&L, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and it is not affiliated with Amazon.
Who may use it
You must be an adult with authority to bind the selling entity, and you must only upload settlement data you are allowed to share.
Fees
Payment is collected by Stripe Checkout as a recurring subscription. No free trial in this pilot. Cancel in Stripe’s customer flow or by emailing [[EMAIL]]; access ends when the subscription is no longer active. Chargebacks abuse may result in account closure.
Your data
You grant us a limited license to process settlement files, bills, phone, and optional Plaid balance solely to provide Cashboard. Privacy details are in the privacy policy. Plaid tokens are stored so we can refresh balance; encrypt-at-rest is a later production step in this pilot.
Accuracy
Amazon settlement files, deposit dates, and bank balances can be stale, incomplete, or mis-parsed. Cash gap is arithmetic on the numbers we have, not a guarantee you can meet payroll. You remain responsible for Seller Central, your bank, and your vendors.
Acceptable use
No scraping of Amazon, no uploading others’ files, no attempting to break the session cookie or Functions, no using Cashboard to originate or broker loans.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT A BANK, LENDER, BROKER, OR MONEY TRANSMITTER.
Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF CASHBOARD IS CAPPED AT THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST PAYOUTS, OR RESTOCK DECISIONS.
Advances waitlist
The page at /advances.html is a waitlist for a possible future receivables product. It is not an offer of credit, not a quote, and not part of the $39 Cashboard subscription.
Law
