Privacy policy

Cashboard is software. It is not a loan, credit, factoring, or money-transmission product. This policy describes what we collect to run that software.
What we collect
- Account fields you type on the buy form: name, email, phone, monthly FBA sales band.
- Stripe: we send email (and metadata for name, phone, sales band) to Stripe so they can charge $39/month and send receipts. We store Stripe customer id, subscription id, and status. We do not store full card numbers.
- Amazon settlement files: you upload Flat File V2 settlement reports. We parse deposit dates, totals, and a thin fee breakdown, and may store the raw text when the file is small. Do not upload files that are not yours.
- Bills: names, amounts, due dates, and cadence you enter so we can compute a cash gap.
- Plaid (optional): if you link a bank after you pay, Plaid Link runs in your browser. We receive an access token and call Plaid’s balance endpoint for available/current balances on depository accounts. We do not use Plaid Auth, we do not collect account and routing numbers to originate ACH, and we do not move money. The access token is stored in our database in this pilot (encrypt later).
- Session cookie: an httpOnly cookie after a paid Stripe Checkout so the dashboard knows who you are. We do not use Cloudflare Access for this product.
- Advance waitlist (separate page): if you opt in, name/email/phone so we can email if a future receivables product exists. That is not an offer.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your settlement files, phone number, or Plaid tokens.
- We do not run a credit check for Cashboard.
- We do not scrape Seller Central.
- We do not use Google Ads or similar tags to build a loan audience from this page. Ads for Cashboard must not use loan language (see ADS.md).
Processors
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, D1 database, Pages Functions), Plaid (optional bank balance), and optionally Resend (transactional email) and Web3Forms (advance waitlist). Each has its own terms.
Retention
We keep seller, settlement, bill, and session records while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancel so we can close the account and meet bookkeeping needs. You can email [[EMAIL]] to request deletion of settlement files and Plaid items.
Cookies
Essential: hf_session (httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax) after payment. Analytics tags, if you add them later for Google Ads conversion, should be documented here before they go live.
Children
Cashboard is for business sellers, not children.
